Those pieces all come from a place of deep contentment, an emotion which is fleeting and easily forgotten.
The title is a reminder to not forget, be that people or memories or even self-worth in the face of hardship.
The album is a melancholy sort of remembrance, where the act of mindfulness evokes the joy of forgotten times but also the deep sadness of never being able to go back.
