TIGER TIGRE spearheads this expedition, even if he is a bit carsick. His first LP “GRRR?” is a safari-esque, off kilter album, sprinkled with just a smattering of Japanese sensibilities. You can label it “easy listening on steroids,” because this album is as if a Henri Rousseau painting was soundtracked by Wu-Tang and Steve Reich.
